As an exhibiting club you have been issued your own unique code for your club members, followers & friends to use when booking tickets. If you need reminding of this please contact alison@inovent.co.uk. 

Additional wristbands & commission 

We attribute all ticket sales quoting your club code to your club.  Through this, your club can earn up to four additional exhibitor wristbands for use by staff/volunteers working on your stand and, if you sell more than 50 tickets, you will earn commission.  We hope these benefits motivate you to encourage your club members, followers and friends to book their PCCCRS tickets in advance. 

Additional Exhibitor Wristbands:

Encourage your club members, followers and friends to purchase their tickets before 3 weeks out.  For every six tickets sold quoting your club code before midnight on Thursday 26 February you will earn one additional exhibitor wristband, up to a maximum of four wristbands.  

• Any ticket type purchased by 26/2/2026 quoting your club code is applicable to this part of the club benefits offer. 
• Additional wristbands earnt will be added to your standard allocation of exhibitor wristbands (details on how these are issued will be given in the exhibitor manual).
• Sales made after 26/2/2026 using your club code will not earn further wristbands.

Commission on Ticket Sales:

If your club code is quoted in advance for sales between 50 to 1,000 single-day adult tickets, you will earn a one-off commission of £5 and then 40p for every ticket sold over 50 up to the 1,000th ticket.

• Offered only on sales of single-day adult club tickets (@ £3.50 discount) made before midnight on 19/3/2026
• Any sales over 1,000 will not qualify for commission. 
• Commission will be paid post-show.

We reserve the right to limit or remove benefits if your club code is found to have been published on websites/social media not associated with or managed by your club.

How to use your club code

• Publish the club ticket offer advert, with your club code included, in all publications and websites YOUR CLUB manages.  
• Send out the club ticket offer/club code and show details to YOUR CLUB's email contacts and post on YOUR CLUB's social media channels.
• Please avoid posting your club code on any social media or websites that are not directly managed or associated with your club.
