The Commonwealth Car Club is set to host its flagship Retro & Refined car show at the iconic Alexander Stadium on Saturday 6th June, from 10am to 4pm. The event will take place at the historic venue that famously hosted the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, adding further significance to a show rooted in the club’s origins.

Retro & Refined celebrates vehicles from across the Commonwealth and beyond, showcasing a wide variety of classic, modern and enthusiast cars in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. True to the club’s motto, Fuelled by Friendship, the event focuses as much on community and shared passion as it does on the cars themselves.

Founded by volunteers who took part in the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony, the Commonwealth Car Club has grown rapidly since its official launch in 2024. Retro & Refined has become a highlight of the club’s calendar, attracting enthusiasts, families and the general public alike.
