Thank you for choosing to exhibit at the Practical Classics Classic Car & Restoration Show. As an exhibitor, you can find everything you need to prepare for the show here.

Operations

The online Exhibitor Manual is now live, and you can access it by clicking here, and following the instructions in your welcome email.

The manual contains all the information you need to have a successful event - including information about our new wristband system - so do please take the time to read through it.

Insurance 

Each stand holder needs to have public liability insurance. This has been automatically added to your contract but you can opt-out and supply your own. You should have received an email from Inevexco with more details.

Marketing

Login to the Ezone to update your listing on the website including news stories, videos or product information. You can also download free marketing materials to use on your website, emails or social media channels to promote your presence at the show. 

Please note that this year we are not producing a show guide, but will be producing a show map. It is essential that you login to the Ezone and update your details so people can get in touch with you pre/post the event.

PR

PR is managed by Andrea Seed at Poppyseed Media. Please keep an eye out for any communications from her in regards to the show. 

Get the opportunity to elevate your marketing by engaging with our PR team. You could benefit from coverage in local and national press, inclusion in show newsletters, and mentions on our social media pages.

Scam Warning 

Exhibitors are being targeted by companies claiming to be, or work with, event organisers. They use existing event branding and may appear genuine.  In the past this has included directories and hotel bookings but companies are now also claiming they can sell visitor data from events. This is not the case.

Visitor Data:
Scammers may try to persuade exhibitors to ‘buy’ attendee lists. Please be assured we never share our data with any third parties and never will. The only way to reach the Classic Car & Restoration Show audience is by including a promotion or offer in our Motor Events Offers email or by having a story featured in our show newsletters.

Show Guide:
This year we are not producing a show guide and are instead creating a pocket guide in house. There are a number of companies that contact exhibitors claiming to be the official show guide provider. They then use a number of fraudulent means to extract payment for entries in these guides. Exhibitor listings will only be collected via the event website Ezone.
