Phil has managed the MSCC’s stand at the Classic Motor Show since 2012 and the Restoration Show since our first one in 2015 – we think that’s 22 shows. This year’s Resto Show is his last one as he is now taking a very well-earned retirement from the role. Phil has also arranged our participation at the Donington Historic Festival for many years, organised Drive It Day events and many other events for his local region of the MSCC. Phil is one of those people who just quietly gets things done with zero fuss, keeps costs to a minimum, and makes everyone else’s life easy. Being at the NEC for four days is hard work, but he has kept coming back year after year. Our Club would be a lot worse off without the effort he has put in over the last 14 years – thank you Phil!
