Coleshill Auto Breakfast Meet
Coleshill Auto Breakfast Meet returns with a brilliantly diverse display of vehicles, showcasing projects at every stage of the journey – from fully restored showstoppers to in-progress nut-and-bolt builds and tastefully modified classics. Spanning multiple eras and styles, this year’s stand promises something to catch every eye.
Highlights on the stand-
American LaFrance Type 75 (1926)
Originally built as a fire engine, this towering machine is now one of the biggest and tallest vehicles you’re ever likely to see at the show. Powered by a colossal 14-litre engine, it’s quite literally unmissable – you’ll be able to spot it from almost anywhere in Hall 5. -
Chevrolet Nova (1962)
This home-built husband-and-wife project is currently mid-restoration and undergoing a full nut-and-bolt rebuild. The Nova has been converted to a 6.1-litre (383 stroker) V8 and topped with a towering 871 supercharger – a proper showpiece in the making. -
Pontiac GTO (1969)
A true wind-in-the-hair cruiser, finished in white with a striking red interior. Its 7.4-litre big block is paired with a modern five-speed manual gearbox, a significant upgrade over the original four-speed and one that makes long-distance cruising far more relaxed. -
Triumph T100SC (1965)
An ex–South African Army and Police motorcycle, originally supplied as part of the Mercury Project in the 1960s. A fascinating piece of military and motorsport history on two wheels.
As always, the stand will also feature a local Warwickshire and Solihull Blood Bikes motorcycle. The club proudly supports the volunteers who provide this life-saving service, and last year alone raised over £5,000 to help keep them on the road.
Whether you’re into towering pre-war engineering, American muscle, classic bikes, or just love seeing projects at every stage of restoration, the Coleshill Auto Breakfast Meet stand is well worth a visit – and you certainly won’t miss that LaFrance!
