"Put simply, the Practical Classics Classic Car and Restoration Show is the show I’ve always wanted to go to. It uniquely combines beautiful cars with the skills and effort that go into make them beautiful. It celebrates talent and enthusiasm in a hands-on spectacle like no other… this is why it has become so popular so quickly.
Creating and producing content for the PCCCRS along with in-depth marketing beforehand, and live performance at the show itself has been a brilliant challenge and great fun too. The live restoration demonstrations by the PC team have become the stuff of legend… and we’ve got a really exciting car lined up for this year.
The celebrity interviews, tutorials, competitions and of course, the amazing work by all the clubs and specialists make this show unique. In that way, PCCCRS walks the walk as well as talking the talk, it has become the authentic, physical embodiment of the Practical Classics’ core remit – buying, using, restoring and enjoying classic cars.
2015 saw a 65% uplift in visitor numbers YOY from the launch year in 2014 and we aim to grow even more in 2017 with the show going to three days.
The genuine affection visitors and exhibitors have for the show after only two outings is humbling and astounding. The sense of humour and authenticity that the magazine team bring to it mean that as a multi-feature event, PCCCRS doesn’t just engage its visitors, it invites them to the workshop for a cup of tea and involves them tangibly with what’s going on. It is simply the best classic car show in the world."

In 2013 Lancaster Insurance Services Ltd was acquired by Markerstudy. The acquisition adds greater capacity and valuable expertise to Markerstudy’s insurance intermediary and administration business. Lancaster Insurance Services Ltd is fully committed to maintaining the focus that they have on specialist expertise and service excellence.
