The stars of two brand new motoring TV shows will be joining us at the Practical Classics Classic Car & Restoration Show, with Discovery. Drew Pritchard and Paul Cowland of Salvage Hunters: Classic Cars and Jimmy DeVille of Goblin Works Garage will be joining us at the NEC and talking about their new series on Quest.
Drew and Paul from Salvage Hunters: Classic Cars will not only be bringing us tales from behind the scenes of their new show but also another icon from TV – a barn find of the Knight Rider KITT car!
Known for his amazing knowledge on antique collectibles and artefacts, Drew is also a huge petrolhead with an eye for collector car.
Always on the hunt for that elusive gem, Drew has turned a childhood love of visiting car scrapyards to unearth rare and beautiful items into a thriving international business enterprise – and a hit TV show on Quest. Fellow car nut Paul, from TV’s Turbo Pickers, has the job of fixing up the vehicles Drew finds ready for sale.
Their new show starts on Quest on Wednesday 17th January at 9pm but before then we have Jimmy’s new show Goblin Works Garage, starting tonight (Thursday 11th January) also at 9pm.
Jimmy and his fellow workshop mates Ant Partridge, a custom motorcycle designer and builder, and Helen Stanley, one half of Skull & Pistons Garage, set about customising everyday vehicles to give them a new lease of life.
Add the Wheeler Dealers into the mix and its looking like one hell of a line-up on the Practical Classics Live Stage. Check back for the timetable.
