Exhibiting Options

Trade stands suit core-to-the-market companies requiring a high profile presence and are proved to suit any company who may not be directly involved in the classic motoring market, but are attracted to our superb audience profile.

Trade Stands

Shell Scheme

This is a ready built stand you can simply 'move in' to and furnish with your branding, products, etc. It includes the floor space, carpets, walls and name fascia.

£183 + VAT per m²

Space Only

This is exactly as it sounds, just the floor space. This type of stand suits companies/brands that prefer to build their entire stand from the ground up. Minimum stand size = 6m².

 £162 + VAT per m²

Restoration

Populated by companies offering all manners of restoration products and services; from tools, to trim, from plating to painting, from a small job to a full 'ground-up' restoration. If your company retails restoration products or offers a restoration service, this area is for you.

£84 + VAT per m²

Minimum stand size: 25m² for product retailers or 6m² for service providers.

Dealers

Many dealers choose to make this event their showroom every year, and with good reason. Car sales at the show are historically very strong. We invite dealers offering quality vehicles (catering to all price ranges) to apply. When selecting the required space we recommend allowing 15m² (5m x 3m) per car. All dealers stands include carpet.

£70 + VAT per m²

Autojumble

The autojumble is extremely important to this market. Autojumbles up and down the country keep the trade in rare old parts, books, manuals, badges (and a myriad of other items) going. This area is always thriving, always delivers superb sales for our regular 'jumblers' and sells out early!

From £145 + VAT for 4x2m stand

Classic Trader Village

This area is designed as a budget option for small traders offering new classic motoring based products. Like the autojumble this is a market-style area, but presents a superb opportunity for smaller companies.

From £215 + VAT for 3x3m stand

Car Clubs

The show welcomes hundreds of classic car clubs who fill the halls with their wonderful marques each year. Each and every club, with their members, bring so much joy and knowledge, along with their beautiful vehicles. We aim to represent a broad range of marques and models so visitors can be sure to find their favourites.

The ideal club stand includes a vehicle in need of restoration, one being worked on at the show and one in excellent restored condition.  We encourage all clubs to present some form of live work on their stand, by displaying a restoration skill, working on a current project car or demonstrating a maintenance/servicing activity.

Club applications for the 2024 edition have closed. Please contact Club Coordinator Alison Judge via email: clubs@clarionevents.com to be informed on when applications for our 2025 show open.
